We are 3v3 Anywhere, Pennsylvania’s premier mobile small-sided soccer tournament provider. Headquartered in Lancaster, we bring high-intensity, “fast-flow” soccer experiences directly to communities using our custom inflatable pitches. We don’t do boring, and we don’t do slow.

We are deploying a lean, elite 3-person operational crew for our upcoming Reading Fan Zone Activation (Tournament Window: 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM | Staff Shift: 7: 30AM – 3:00 PM).

Every single position requires a “Swiss Army Knife” mentality. Everyone builds, everyone tears down, and everyone protects the safety and electric atmosphere of our tournament footprint. If you are punctual, physically resilient, and think three steps ahead of a bottleneck, we want you on the pitch.

Section 3: The Situation & Pressure Tests

It’s 10:15 AM. A coach is furious because TourneyMachine shows his team lost, but he insists they won. He is standing on the field, delaying the next scheduled match on Pitch 2. We have a strict 3-minute transition window. What do you do in 30 seconds?
You are a Pitch Marshal on Pitch 3. A sudden, heavy gust of wind catches the sidewall of the inflatable soccer pitch, causing one of the corner 40-lb rubber weights to shift, slightly compromising the safety buffer zone where parents are sitting. A match is currently live. What is your immediate sequence of actions?

Section 4: PA Act 153 Compliance & Background Verification

CRITICAL MANDATE: No 3v3 Anywhere staff member is permitted on the tournament footprint without active Pennsylvania background clearances on file.
